The design aims to establish a high-end image for the real estate project, Yunqi Shu, which means "dwelling in the clouds." Located in Lingchuan County, Shanxi Province, just 30 minutes from the Wangmangling Scenic Area, the project is positioned as an eco-friendly and diverse livable new area for health and wellness.
The logo design embodies the project's ethos through elements such as clouds, flowing streams, and natural landscapes, symbolizing integration with the environment. It employs refined Chinese typography and a meticulously selected color palette to evoke an aura of exclusivity and prestige.
Consistency in visual representation is paramount across all facets of the brand identity. The visual concept consistently underpins the corporate identity. The client seeks to release a distinctive poster for each of the twelve solar terms and to plan promotional activities around selected holidays strategically. Therefore, the solar term posters have become a highlight of this design, allowing for more flexible expression with elements such as flowing clouds, wild cranes, lotus flowers, and ginkgo leaves—each symbolizing the characteristics of the solar terms and seasons. These elements are seamlessly integrated into each unique poster, delivering comfort and blessings to potential clients while reinforcing the upscale positioning of the real estate project.
On the other hand, office supplies and informational designs are kept simple and sleek, featuring logo variations paired with subtle patterns to enhance recognition and memorability across all designs.
