Moburst Revamps NewDay USA’s Careers Page: A Talent Magnet

In 2023, Moburst began assisting NewDay USA in a complete overhaul of its website, including its Careers site. Because NewDay’s existing Careers page was outdated and failed to capture the liveliness of their office, they were struggling to attract ambitious individuals that would fit in with their “work hard play hard” company culture.

In order to attract the right job seekers, we knew our rebrand should position NewDay as a youthful leader in the fintech space. We presented NewDay authentically and offered an accurate representation of what someone’s life could look like should they join the team. We wanted the new site to inspire and breathe excitement into prospective candidates for a new beginning. To do so we highlighted the endless opportunities, both professional and personal, that come with working for a vibrant fintech company in the heart of West Palm Beach, FL.

The new site launched in April 2024 features a more user-friendly navigation, stimulating imagery, and inspiring stories of career growth from existing and past NewDay employees. Going beyond a functional web page used for resume collection, NewDay’s upgraded Careers site sets a new tone, exceeding industry standards with its depth and craft.
