Rotary Park Infographic Sign

Two local Rotary Clubs teamed up with the City of LaSalle to convert a 10-acre natural grass patch into a single large pollination field within Rotary Park. They came to LKCS for a 48x36 inch outdoor sign that would provide information on the importance of the pollinator park as well as direct the Park’s visitors to its location.

With current environmental concerns regarding the disappearance of nature’s pollinators, we wanted to really emphasize the bee and butterfly. There was no budget for professional photos, so we chose an eye-catching Shutterstock image that included both pollinators. We believe the beauty of that image would draw people to the sign, and the 18 native plants and wildflowers showcased on the sign would nicely frame the main message.
An aerial view of Rotary Park was provided, and the Pollinator Park’s location indicated with a red outline and map location icon. A QR code was created and included in this area for those visitors requiring more information on pollinator parks.
