It was a deeply rewarding endeavor for the Year of X, Xavier Creative House 10th Anniversary Corporate Brand Identity Redesign. Our Creative Team, who embody the agency’s core values of being BOLD & EVOCATIVE and SERVICE CENTRIC, were enthusiastic about further infusing the Xavier X into the agency brand. They set out to create a rebrand that expressed the tremendous transformation, growth, and success this healthcare marketing agency has experienced since its launch in 2013. XCH expanded its agency team, capabilities, and services, including the robust Talent Intelligence Network™ to provide the best high-touch service and boldest creative remedies for a wide range of clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and med-tech.
Throughout XCH’s history, the X in Xavier has symbolized a commitment to edge-of-the-box thinking. It has been prominently featured in brand messaging and was used to name the XCH podcast, The Evocative Xchange™, the annual employee recognition award, the X-Factor™ Award, and the X-Factor™ foundation supporting the next generation of healthcare leaders. The Year of X logo, derived from the X in Xavier and the Roman Numeral 10, was the north star throughout the rebranding process. The team meticulously integrated numerous iterations of the X into branding elements, patterns, and photos to solidify XCH’s association with boldness and creativity. They evolved the color palette and elevated the brand story and tone of voice, pulling through a renewed focus and perspective, inspiring those who engaged with the XCH brand to experience the bold impact of Xavier Creative House.
