The “I’m Just a Script: An Rx’s Journey from Prescriber to Patient” campaign by Xavier Creative House (XCH) transformed the sales aid landscape. In partnership with a large pharmaceutical client, XCH crafted an innovative educational tool designed to empower the field teams. Their goal was to demystify the complex post-Rx process, ensuring physicians had the knowledge to navigate patient assistance programs, ultimately increasing patient access to therapies.
What set this campaign apart was its creative and engaging approach. Inspired by the classic “I’m Just a Bill” from Schoolhouse Rock, XCH developed a 4-minute animated video starring “Scripty,” an animated prescription character, complete with a catchy jingle, animation, and sound effects. This video, along with visually compelling training materials like workbooks and branded takeaway items, created a cohesive and memorable learning experience. The initiative focused on simplifying the complex process physicians and patients go through, from prescription to patient access.
The campaign’s success was evident at the National Sales Meeting, where it became the most talked-about session. The field team quickly embraced the materials, with the campaign receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback at the meeting. It left such a lasting impression that Scripty is slated for a return in future materials and may be integrated into the company’s training process for new representatives.
In just two months, XCH delivered an impactful campaign that not only educated but resonated emotionally with participants. The viral success of the initiative underscored its ability to connect, educate, and inspire, elevating the field team's knowledge and strengthening their relationships with physicians, ultimately benefiting patients.
