HK’s young generation is often labelled as “lying flat” (躺平), but they are strategic spenders who seek smart, accessible financial solutions to achieve goals on their own terms. Hang Seng challenged this stereotype and glorify their smartness with “每一蚊 神部署! Plan Smart for Every Dollar!”, an insight-driven campaign designed to maximize the value of every dollar with everyday banking and digital wealth tools.
Anchored by the $1 coin, the campaign blended humour, cultural relevance, and gamification to engage customers in a relatable and entertaining way. A cross-generational endorsers (Eric Kot & Pomato) led fun, shareable content, while The Omni-Channel Approach ensured seamless engagement across digital and offline, from awareness to conversion.
By leveraging social-first storytelling, influencer collaborations, and interactive activations, these meaningful conversations positioned Hang Seng Preferred Banking as the leading choice for everyday banking and wealth management to young generation.
