The big idea? McKesson’s value is rooted in the quiet, behind-the-scenes moments that empower healthcare professionals to deliver better outcomes. Healthcare is an underserved area to work in, and the campaign honored all those who carry this responsibility daily—not just the big names like doctors and nurses, but also office workers, lab technicians, and home health aides. It highlighted the seemingly mundane yet vital tasks that sustain healthcare: stocking supplies, interpreting lab results, or prepping rooms for surgery.
Here’s how we brought it to life:

Single-take vignettes showcased authentic moments of determination and focus. Avoiding voiceovers, the visuals spoke for themselves, supported by campaign copy that added context and resonance. Deliberate camera movements, like dolly-ins or pull-backs, invited viewers to join the scene or watch it unfold.
