This project took shape over a few days spent shooting in Sedona, Arizona, with a lean crew. To deliver a piece that evokes nostalgia, we created an edit that feels like a group of friends’ DIY hype reel. Incorporating illustrations, still images and footage from multiple cameras allowed us to achieve this “home movie” effect, while splicing in scenes from the trail and the bike park pulled in different categories from the Mongoose product line. The launch included placement of stills and commercial use in Dick’s Sporting Goods nationwide.
