Tastykake was looking for a fun campaign to generate awareness for the tastiest day of the year, National Krimpet Day. So we created Kirbee’s Quick Run as a treat for longtime fans and as an introduction for new Tastykake lovers. In this side-scroller game, you help Kirbee the Krimpet collect treats and avoid obstacles while dashing through a Tastykake version of Philadelphia. Players were also entered into a sweepstakes for the chance to win one-of-a-kind merch and prizes rooted in celebrating Krimpets.
