Breaking Through Christmas Traditions in a Memorable Way
Building on the global Never Square campaign, our goal was to redefine the Toblerone Christmas experience in the Philippines—transforming it into a bold, premium gifting moment. To do this, we needed more than just a festive execution; we needed a disruptive solution that would challenge expectations and cement Toblerone as the ultimate Never Square gift.
Enter our dynamic 3D out-of-home campaign, launched across two high-visibility sites in Manila’s BGC district. With just 15 seconds to capture attention, enhance brand appeal, and drive gifting relevance, we reimagined the traditional gifting journey to bring Toblerone’s unconventional spirit to life.
The dynamic 3D campaign begins with the instantly recognisable Toblerone bar, its signature edges making an immediate impact. It breaks through a letterbox and emerges from the screen, creating an immediate visual impact and increasing brand awareness. As the bar rotates and descends, it is elegantly wrapped in its seasonal design before landing under the Christmas tree. While most presents under the tree are square, Toblerone’s iconic triangle shape stands out—creating an unexpected and memorable gifting moment that perfectly embodies the Never Square spirit.
Launched alongside a creative ‘fake’ out-of-home stunt on social media and other activations, the campaign further amplified Toblerone’s Never Square Christmas experience, making an unforgettable mark on holiday gifting traditions.
By turning a simple holiday tradition into an immersive spectacle, we didn’t just showcase Toblerone—we redefined how it’s gifted!
