Hume Community Housing Brand Identity Development

Hume Community Housing, a leading NSW community housing provider has been helping individuals, families locate affordable, temporary and specialist disability accommodation for 30 years.

Having developed a robust growth strategy, they engaged Think Creative Agency for a brand refresh, a complete revamp of their professional collateral, and the creation of their 30th Anniversary logo. The brand refresh needed to be contemporary and future-proof, addressing the full scale of their services to community housing recipients, investors, and developers.

The first stage of the project involved developing a refreshed brand look and feel and rolling out the new style guide, a range of Capability Statements designed for different audiences, programmed corporate PowerPoint templates, pull-up banners, proposal documents, the stationary suite, and the 30th Anniversary logo.

When designing the capabilities statements, we considered the client's requirement that they be supplied as fully editable PowerPoint templates so the team could develop their own documents in-house. The result is a suite of professional brochures that can also be edited by the client as needed.

We continue to work with Hume Housing, developing new assets and collateral as the brand evolves.
