Coalfire's Website Redesign

Coalfire is a global services and solutions company specializing in cyber advisory, assessment, and security. It also develops cutting-edge technology platforms that automate defenses against security threats for leading enterprises, cloud providers, and SaaS companies. They are widely recognized as the foremost provider of FedRAMP compliance assessments and penetration testing services in the U.S.
However, despite this strong reputation, its previous website did not effectively showcase the breadth of services it offers to global technology, finance, healthcare, and retail enterprises. The corporate messaging was inconsistent, navigation was challenging, and it was difficult to grasp the full scope of their capabilities. Imarc partnered with them to change that with a comprehensive website redesign.
To strengthen Coalfire’s position in the cybersecurity space, Imarc focused on enhancing its branding and elevating its visual identity. By incorporating a vibrant, accessible color palette, striking photography, and hexagonal shapes inspired by Coalfire’s logomark, Imarc crafted a user experience that reinforces Coalfire as a confident and trustworthy technology innovator.
On the technical side, our Engineering team ensured the site was lightning-fast by implementing the Blitz caching plugin and Amazon’s CloudFront CDN.
To meet the project’s tight timeline, we leveraged our Craft starter kit as a foundation, tailoring it to Coalfire’s specific content management needs.
The new website launched in March 2024, and the results were immediate. For example, Coalfire’s Assessment Services page significantly outperformed its previous Compliance Services page, with a 566% increase in views, a 447% increase in sessions, and a 396% increase in users.
Even today, more pages are being added, new launches are in the pipeline, and continuous optimizations are underway. We are proud to be a part of Coalfire’s ongoing success and look forward to contributing to its future growth.
