Partnering with IMEX, Allegiant Stadium, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, we designed an exclusive, VIP experience for senior marketing leaders at the Brand Experience Summit—a masterclass in experiential marketing.

An Unforgettable VIP Experience
For 36 CMOs and senior marketing leaders, the experience began the moment they stepped into luxury SUVs, arriving directly on Allegiant Stadium’s field. This set the stage for a high-impact day of content, connection, and immersive moments—from exclusive stadium access to personalized Raiders jerseys waiting in locker rooms. Every detail reinforced themes of loyalty and trust, leaving a lasting emotional imprint.

Curated Content & Expert Insights
The summit featured a dynamic lineup of industry trailblazers, including Johnny Earle of Johnny Cupcakes, renowned for building brand cult followings. Panels with marketing leaders from GoodRx, Dell Technologies, and Allegiant Stadium explored strategies for turning customers into passionate advocates. Every session emphasized how face-to-face engagement fuels long-term brand success.

A Visual & Culinary Journey
InVision’s Creative and Digital teams transformed the stadium into a visual masterpiece. Throughout the day, 167 stadium screens evolved from warm desert hues to vibrant neon, mirroring the shift from day to night. Guests dined on the 50-yard line, enjoying a seven-course meal by award-winning chef James Trees, paired with fine wines and Vegas-inspired entertainment—including hip-hop dancers and a celebrity mixologist.

The event exceeded expectations, proving that immersive brand experiences drive real influence. 100% of attendees in post-event surveys said they would recommend it, and the summit earned coverage in SmartMeetings.
