Workday Rising 2024 was more than an event—it was a movement that redefined industry conferences as immersive, technology-driven experiences. Held in Las Vegas, Workday Rising 2024 welcomed over 18,000 in-person attendees (with thousands more online), immersing them in a dynamic showcase of Workday’s AI-powered enterprise solutions. With a foundation built on deep customer insights and feedback, the event was meticulously designed to deliver relevant, high-impact learning experiences.

The "Forever Forward" theme seamlessly wove through every aspect of the event—keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, and an interactive expo. The keynote stage, inspired by a “portal in the horizon,” invited attendees to step into the future of work. The lineup included influential speakers like Michelle Obama, alongside Workday executives and industry leaders, offering transformative insights into AI, innovation, and enterprise growth.

Attendees engaged in over 530 breakout sessions, gaining hands-on exposure to Workday’s technology, including the “Platform for Possibilities” experience and VR-powered product demos. “The Core,” a stunning 705-tile LED sphere, served as a visual masterpiece showcasing Workday’s impact in real-time. AI-powered Braindate networking technology facilitated meaningful connections, while live-streamed content linked Workday Rising with Dreamforce, extending its influence beyond the venue.

Workday Rising also set new benchmarks for sustainability and social impact. Achieving an industry-leading 94.73% diversion rate, Workday eliminated non-compostable plastics, repurposed event materials, donated food and goods to local nonprofits, and contracted diverse suppliers. The Tear the Paper Ceiling installation, composed of 30,000 real resumes, highlighted Workday’s commitment to inclusive hiring.

With a 97% mobile app utilization rate, record-breaking attendance, and a significant boost in customer engagement, Workday Rising 2024 reinforced Workday’s position as the undisputed leader in AI-driven enterprise transformation. This event wasn’t just about the present—it showcased how Workday is shaping the future of work.
