About The Entry

TechHerAI is a nonprofit platform built to support women in tech—especially recent graduates navigating an increasingly competitive job market. As layoffs ripple through the industry, breaking into tech has become even harder for those already underrepresented. That’s why we created TechHerAI.
Harnessing the power of AI and large language models, we developed a suite of free, intelligent tools to help women land their dream tech jobs. Our platform focuses on three core features:
1. Interactive Mock Interviews
Our AI-driven system simulates real-world interviews with behavioral, technical, and resume-based questions. After each session, candidates receive detailed feedback, question-level scores, improvement suggestions, and AI-generated sample answers—helping users refine their responses and build lasting confidence.
2. Resume-Based Cover Letter Generator
Crafting tailored cover letters is one of the biggest challenges in job applications. Our AI-powered generator analyzes users’ resumes and job descriptions to create professional, personalized cover letters—boosting application quality while saving time and effort.
3. AI-Powered Job Board
Instead of overwhelming users with scattered listings, our smart job board aggregates tech roles from multiple sources into one streamlined experience. With filters for role, skills, and location, plus personalized job ranking based on user behavior, the board becomes smarter and more useful over time.
TechHerAI is more than just tools—it’s a mission-driven, scalable solution that combines applied NLP with a supportive community, empowering women to grow and succeed in tech.
