AI-Ceping is an open-source large language model evaluation platform developed by Tongji University, designed to create an open, transparent, and reproducible assessment ecosystem. The platform seamlessly integrates prompt engineering, crowdsourced user contributions, model comparisons, and multi-modal evaluations, serving as an innovative hub that combines data collection, model assessment, and community collaboration. Beyond its technical capabilities, AI-Ceping is a design-driven product with a strong emphasis on user experience. Its interface features intuitive navigation, human-centric workflows, and visual elements—from color schemes to icon design—that embody modern aesthetics and enhance its overall brand identity. The platform operates through a co-creation evaluation mechanism where users actively participate in the assessment process by posing questions, writing reference answers, and selecting model responses. A built-in incentive system encourages community engagement and quality contributions.
Supporting various interaction modes including text, speech, and video, AI-Ceping offers an immersive and interactive user experience. Its clean interface, straightforward evaluation processes, and dynamic data visualization significantly improve usability. To date, the platform has attracted over 40,000 users who have contributed more than 410,000 evaluation records across 698 different tags, creating a rich and valuable data repository. AI-Ceping is committed to partnerships with academic institutions, businesses, and developer communities to promote standardization and widespread adoption of large model evaluation. Looking forward, AI-Ceping aims to further enhance user experience, expand evaluation dimensions, and support the healthy development of artificial intelligence technologies.
