Intangible cultural heritage carries and embodies extremely rich historical memories and spiritual values. It is an important component of the Chinese cultural genes. The "Qingshan Bamboo Weaving" in Qingshanpu Town, Changsha County, Hunan Province, originated in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. Due to its overly rigid and simplistic mode of dissemination and the lack of new innovations over the years of inheritance, it has become disconnected from contemporary life and fallen into a predicament of inheritance. The core of this traditional art lies in the interweaving of carefully selected and processed slender bamboo strips to create various distinctive patterns. Although "Qingshan Bamboo Weaving" already has many traditional patterns, there is still a lack of innovation in color and new patterns. This work focuses on these two aspects for innovative design. Based on traditional patterns, the graphics are broken down and reconstructed to form new patterns and colors, such as peach blossom patterns, Qingshan patterns, snowflake patterns, daisy patterns, North Star patterns, cross patterns, and red flower green leaf patterns. The colors used in the poster are all derived from the colors of nature collected during the local intangible cultural heritage inheritance. These patterns and colors ultimately help to promote and disseminate this traditional culture.
