While a key enabler in the B2B sector, NHC’s brand image lagged among homebuyers, often being narrowly associated with affordability. The challenge was to reposition NHC as a visionary master developer dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all.
At the heart of this transformative campaign was the new creative Arabic tagline, حياة نبنيها (A Life We Build), paired with its aspirational English counterpart, "Elevating Life." The Arabic tagline powerfully communicates the foundational action of building communities, which serves as the pathway to the ultimate goal of elevating life for all residents.
The campaign was built on three core commitments: raising quality standards, enriching everyday life, and investing for a prosperous future for generations to come. The tagline itself was chosen for its simplicity, humanity, and inclusivity, making it memorable and impactful for a wide audience.
As one of the largest campaigns of the year, it successfully repositioned NHC from a housing provider to a creator of enhanced lifestyles and next-generation living experiences. This campaign was not just a rebrand, it was the declaration of a renewed commitment to the nation's communities, communicating a clear and inspiring vision for a brighter future.
