This project reimagines the brand identity of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), one of the largest mental health support organizations in the U.S. Grounded in market research on the mental health landscape and Gen Z audiences, the new identity adopts a collage style, showcasing how many individuals experiencing mental illness describe themselves—fragmented, yet striving to piece themselves back together. By embracing this identity system, the refreshed branding increases NAMI’s visibility, resonates with target communities, and encourages society to prioritize mental health.
