Enerjisa Üretim, Türkiye’s leading private energy generation company, continued to break new ground in 2024 with its mission of building a “better future.” From power plants managed entirely by women, to just transition plans, pioneering technology pilots, and a globalizing vision… The company’s first Integrated Annual Report was designed not only to present figures, but also to reflect these bold steps in sustainability through a compelling, holistic narrative.
In an industry where issues such as women’s representation and the transition to renewable energy remain highly debated, Enerjisa Üretim has been taking tangible actions for years. Our insight was clear: each of these steps was part of a greater whole — the timeless story of those who dare to lead, walking into the unknown without waiting for a guide and leaving an enduring mark.
With this perspective, we built the theme “In the Footsteps of Pioneers.” We researched historical figures who shaped the world and invited the company’s relevant teams to select those they saw as role models. Using the possibilities of artificial intelligence, we transcended time and space to bring these pioneers together with our employees in the same frame. Each image, created within ethical boundaries, became a symbol of a shared and timeless vision for the future — written not in words, but in bold action.
The report was highly praised by stakeholders for its cohesive visual language and powerful messages. Seeing employees side by side with the pioneers they admired also generated motivation within the company. Ultimately, the project went far beyond a corporate publication: it became a brand narrative that honored the pioneers of the past, made today’s actions visible, and committed to the responsibilities of tomorrow. Enriched with the inspiring stories of pioneers, the report kept visitors engaged longer than in previous years and drove a notable increase in interaction and scroll rates.
