The “Standard Incentives for the Industrial Sector” initiative was conceived as a landmark governmental event designed to catalyze growth, investment, and competitiveness in Saudi Arabia’s industrial ecosystem. Commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIMR), this event served as the official launch platform for a unified framework of incentives aimed at accelerating industrial transformation and attracting both local and international investors.
Shaping The Future (STF), in strategic collaboration with Base, led the full planning, branding, design, and execution of the event from concept to completion. The objective was to create a world-class experience that reflects the Kingdom’s ambitious Vision 2030, reinforcing the role of industry as a driver of sustainable economic development.
The event’s identity was anchored in a modern, minimal, and forward-looking visual language. STF designed a comprehensive branding system, including logo applications, environmental graphics, digital screens, and print collaterals, ensuring a seamless and cohesive visual journey. Invitations and communication touchpoints were crafted to engage targeted stakeholders from government leaders to private sector executives emphasizing exclusivity and impact.
The physical environment was carefully orchestrated with a dynamic booth, immersive screens, and branded installations that communicated the strategic pillars of the incentives program. The space was designed to facilitate interaction, inspire confidence, and highlight investment opportunities.
Content-wise, the event presented key policy frameworks, incentive structures, and investment enablers. It featured strategic storytelling through visual content, presentations, and cinematic elements that translated technical information into compelling narratives.
The result was a highly attended and widely covered launch event that positioned MIMR as a leader in enabling industrial growth. It also showcased STF’s capability to transform government programs into memorable brand experiences, blending strategic communication, creative design, and flawless execution.
