RTI Health Solutions (RTI-HS) is a business unit of Durham based RTI International that provides clinical research and consulting services to biopharmaceutical companies. RTI-HS’ multidisciplinary team of senior level researchers provides consulting in health economics, outcomes research, market access, epidemiology and drug safety.
Historically, RTI-HS had highlighted their research team and publications and the website includes hundreds of employee bios and thousands of publications imported daily from a proprietary in-house database, maintaining up-to-date content while eliminating staff time to make the updates. Automated error checking is performed after each nightly build to ensure no “dirty date” is introduced that would break website functionality.
RTI-HS is re-aligning its structure, exploring new markets, and shifting its marketing approach from reactive to strategic. To support this pivot, a redesign was undertaken to allow RTI-HS to better highlight their services for both prospects seeking a strategic partner and prospects seeking more tactical/a la carte service-level engagements.
The new marketing approach was built on the foundation of the existing research team and publication syncing while providing more flexibility for RTI-HS to market multiple types of service packages. The new website also implemented a Resource Library and Salesforce integration for lead capture.
