Benjamin P. Butera is a luxury architect with over 45+ years of experience designing custom homes and commercial buildings in Central Florida who hired Mill Town Media Group to increase exposure for his firm, Benjamin P. Butera, Inc.
Upon analyzing the company’s online presence, it became clear that its outdated website did not reflect the brand’s luxury image, innovation skills, and high-profile clients, which set it apart from its competitors. Furthermore, it did not include a detailed description of its vast service offering, cutting-edge technical capabilities, such as 3D modeling technology and a value-engineering approach to architectural design, its team’s expertise, its extensive portfolio, and its ample recognition through awards and mentions in the press. From a technical standpoint, the firm’s online presence lacked a content strategy, SEO, active social media profiles, and recent features on relevant publications.
Mill Town Media Group embraced this challenge and was able to deliver outstanding results, helping the client rank first organically in Google search results. We completely revamped and optimized the website’s layout and content, including SEO-optimized content, photos, and videos, for brand alignment and conversion, and recreated it on a new platform for more flexibility and scalability. We also developed and implemented a synergistic marketing strategy that incorporates social media, PR, and print marketing materials for more impact and exposure. To help the firm maximize the client’s marketing investment, we leveraged its existing assets and resources and offered training to the in-house team.
