Based on the relevant theories of traditional Chinese five-note music therapy and the Five Emotions-Five Elements-Five Colors-Five Notes-Five Organs system, this solution detects users' health conditions by analyzing their physiological data. Meanwhile, it guides users to enter the music therapy system via VR, and automatically matches corresponding traditional Chinese music and therapeutic scenes for interactive experience.
The design of the five therapeutic scenes integrates the Five Elements theory system into VR environments. In traditional Chinese medicine and aesthetics, sensory modalities-vision, hearing, and kinesthetic perception-are understood as interrelated channels. Translating these correspondences into VR enables participants to engage in layered multisensory experiences rather than isolated stimuli. Each scene is structured through symbolic configurations of color, elemental objects, symbolic motifs, shape and movement, seasonal symbolism, and spatial orientation to evoke specific affective conditions aligned with pentatonic tonalities. For instance, the Jue Mode (Wood) scene, which corresponds to the liver, is surrounded by vegetation and plants, dominated by green to symbolize vitality and growth; the Gong Mode (Earth) scene adopts yellowish-brown tones, implying stability and nourishment.
