This video centered on recruitment, emphasizing schedule flexibility, workplace culture, and the reasons healthcare professionals choose to build their careers at ZoomCare. The story relies heavily on b-roll, aiming to capture interactions between providers and patients, team collaboration, and daily operations.
The filming and editing were entirely in-house and just a two-person crew. Visually, the edit leans into upbeat, energetic music paired with vibrant shots of the Pacific Northwest landscape to reinforce a strong sense of place and community.
