About The Entry

This salon emphasizes the concept of a "laboratory," encouraging customers to engage with awareness and find the hairstyle and fragrance products that best match their current state through repeated experimentation and communication. The logo design is inspired by the infinity symbol, representing the brand's philosophy of infinite expansion.
In terms of naming, LE LABO uses ingredients and numbers as the naming convention for its perfume series, highlighting the profile of the fragrance. This naming approach avoids the preconceived notions brought by traditional names, opening up more imaginative possibilities.
In an age of information overload, excessive stimuli can numb our senses. Therefore, the design goal is to create a "space of ignorance," allowing people to rediscover a sensory life through visual and other sensory stimuli.
The core concept is the "Sensory Laboratory." In this experimental space, we abandon preconceived notions and treat sensory stimuli as an opportunity for exploration. Once users let go of their established impressions, the sensory experiences become a chance to discover. By creating an experimental environment and focusing on the present experience through olfactory stimuli, scents can transform into a new experiment with hair and fragrance in an instant, exploring the unknown possibilities.
The overall design direction aims to create an environment filled with experimentation and sensory stimulation, enabling customers to experience the brand's core philosophy through various sensory stimuli. It encourages customers to participate and reflect on their sensory experiences, fostering a deeper connection with the brand.
