About The Entry

PXP | The Partner.Co Experience is Partner.Co’s premier event, consisting in 2025 of four stops around the world — Dallas, Macau, Yokohama, and Rome. To ensure consistency for employees and contractors across continents and events, a style guide was necessary.
The PXP’25 Style Guide addresses every conceivable branded touch point. Starting with an explanation behind why the elements and design features were chosen, it also from the beginning showcases some of the variety that viewers of the guide, or participants at any of the PXP events, will see.
A variety of PXP assets are shown together first, giving viewers the chance to see the sheer variety of deliverables that will have PXP branding on them. From swag to stage design to participant badges can be seen side by side. Following this, the guide breaks down typography, color palette, textures, and backgrounds. In each section, the guide shows what is allowed with examples. There is also an explanation of why each was chosen. When it comes to color palette, the pantones and hex codes are available to ensure consistency across events. By explaining in fine detail, the designers give everything they can to those that are creating assets the global team is not designing.
Beyond the detail and attention given to the various elements that create the assets, the Style Guide also shows how it has been put to use on approved items, from apparel available for sale to employee apparel to signage and flags that will adorn the venues. These give a sense of the feel for the event and what staff can expect upon arrival.
Finally, for the events where the Global Design Team will not be present, the guide includes where to look for additional assets on the company database, as well as a note that, as more assets become available, they will be shared. In all, the Style Guide presents every available eventuality where the company’s branding will appear at their signature event and creates a sense of unity and cohesion around PXP.
