The Boston Scientific Peripheral Interventions National Selling Summit brought 650 sales reps together to take a traditional corporate meeting and turn it into something its seasoned audience would actually remember.
The focus was simple: make the messaging stick, build energy that carries beyond the room, and push the format further than what’s been done before.
So we designed it as an experience.
Guided by the theme Be Extraordinary: Together We Soar, every element was built to immerse attendees in that rallying cry.
Projection mapping extended visuals across the walls, opening up the space and transforming the ballroom into a shared journey through the sky. Hot air balloons rose across the room, giving attendees the sense of being part of the ascent.
The incentive trip reveal carried that same immersive approach. The room transformed into a Mexican Hacienda through projection, lighting, greenery, music, and food, creating a fully realized environment that brought the destination to life. Attendees could picture themselves there, which made the opportunity feel real in a way a traditional announcement never could.
We redefined what it meant to be part of the show. The event opened with a live game show hosted by executives, with field reps joining them on stage. The energy in the room changed immediately, with interaction and unpredictability setting the tone from the first moment.
A truly immersive experience engages all your senses, so we designed for that, too. A live DJ acted as the through-line of the day, setting the soundtrack, shaping transitions, and maintaining a steady pulse that carried from session to session.
Every touchpoint was intentionally curated. General sessions, breakouts, and networking moments were all designed to feel connected, using technology, environment, and format to deliver a cohesive experience from start to finish.
The result was an experiential, immersive event that elevated expectations for what a sales summit can be and stayed with attendees long after the final session ended.
