In a media landscape saturated with generic AI content, PA Consulting needed a way to stand apart. The Intelligent Enterprise: Next Made Real campaign was built on a clear strategic insight: senior buyers are fatigued by AI hype and hungry for practical, credible guidance on implementation. Our task was to give that positioning a visual identity distinctive enough to cut through and flexible enough to work everywhere.
Rather than starting from scratch, we evolved the creative foundations of PA's successful AI book, also created by our team, adapting a premium identity system proven to resonate with C-suite audiences. The result is a bold, digital-first design system built on high contrast, vibrant accents and flexible "Next Made Real" tagging: a scalable framework that performs consistently across reports, articles, campaign assets, presentation decks and digital animation, while deliberately differentiating PA from the visual sameness of AI-led competitor content.
