Fresh Arts is Houston?s foremost arts organization that connects artists and arts organizations with each other and with patrons. The non-profit plays an important role in the development and continued success of all artists and arts organizations, regardless of their age, experience or prominence, and the connection of these groups and individuals to local patrons.
For the last 15 years, Fresh Arts has hosted an annual gala to support this mission and it makes up 20% of their revenue every year.
Integrate helped Fresh Arts promote the 2018 gala through an integrated PR and social media campaign that highlighted the events tradition of zany costumes as well a fun night of revelry with dancing, live entertainment, light dinner and drinks and an art auction.
We also managed all social media around the event and built ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook and created engaging content using photos and videos targeted at potential donors and event attendees. A yearly challenge for Fresh Arts was getting an accurate head count for the event due to late buyers, so to help, we created a social media contest offering a chance to win a VIP pass to the event for early bird ticket buyers.
? The gala raised $200,000, higher than any gala in the 15-years of the event and even more impressive as the gala took place just a few months after Hurricane Harvey and expectations for fundraising were lowered due to the disaster.

? Reached more than 11,000 people through the Facebook event page and secured 56,430 impressions through Facebook advertising.
? Used video to reach over 2,500 potential donors via email marketing and social media
