In early 2018, Chickie?s & Pete?s launched a new website allowing them to showcase their brand and all of their offerings. The purpose of the new website was to allow users to easily navigate the website by implementing new, improved features. One problem that we discovered with the previous website, was that the ?Locations? page was not very easy for visitors to navigate. With the new website, customers are able to easily find the nearest location through a new and improved geolocation functionality. This feature checks a radius from the user?s current location and directs them to the closest Chickie?s & Pete?s restaurant. <br><br>In the process of redesigning the site, we analyzed user interaction and site analytics to determine the low volume of gift card sales. Chickie?s & Pete?s has always performed well with gift cards sales in-store, but online sales were low. The solution that we came up with was to create a clean landing page where customers could quickly purchase their gift cards. By implementing a drop-down feature to select the value and quantity gift cards, we saw an astonishing improvement. After launch, gift card sales increased 225% in just the first three months.<br><br>The new website has helped Chickie?s & Pete?s continue to succeed and grow as the #1 Sports Bar in North America. The easy-to-navigate, visually appealing site serves as a great source for users. Whether they are looking to view the full menu, view daily or seasonal specials, upcoming events at each location or simply locate the nearest Chickie?s & Pete?s, they will find all the information they need!
