With that in mind Graff Real Estate, Inc. sought to create a brand identity that played on the ethical corporate culture at Graff Real Estate while furthering a sense of trust and stability with the consumer. Using extensive surveying and polls to gauge consumer sentiment, we crafted an ideal brand identity for the launch of our Southern California real estate brokerage, Ashby & Graff?. Once the brand name was settled, we moved onto other aspects of the brand identity like the logo design, color schemes, font types, and the feelings & emotions we hoped to make consumers feel when experiencing our brand. Our website, printed materials, and all social media channels work in tandem to express a fresh, honest, refined approach to real estate that gives consumers a sense of trust and comfort - all goals of ours for being in an industry that is regularly ranked low in honesty. Our trustworthy and consultative brand identity was further enhanced by an aggressive and strategic earned media PR campaign to grow Ashby & Graff Real Estate's brand recognition in our target markets. Based on several data points including explosive growth across website traffic, recruited sales associates, and gross revenue, it is clear our efforts are a resounding success as we continue moving forward and progressing.
