Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) previously held the 25-year-running Baltimore Book Festival, and the wildly popular Light City Festival independently. In 2019, CURE was asked to create one unifying identity and emphasize the combined content while still reflecting the City’s roots. We designed Brilliant Baltimore’s website to be bright, bold, and full of life - a reflection of what the festival would be. Between October 1st and November 10th (the last day of the festival), the website attracted over 87 thousand new users and garnered over 134 thousand sessions.
