For years, Klick Health has gained the reputation as being different from other companies. It’s the first question people ask in interviews. “What’s the secret sauce of your success?” But how do you capture the essence of a company that’s so different most people don’t get it until they walk through the door? You invite them inside.

There’s Something Different Here welcomes the world into Klick Health’s Toronto, New York, and Philadelphia offices for a behind the scenes look at the Ad Age and Fast Company award-winning culture that’s at the heart of the independent healthcare marketing agency’s brand.

The film stars hundreds of actual employees at work and at play – and akin to Klick’s people-centric culture -- they’re in the forefront of every scene. We see striking cinematic portraitures and sweeping footage of Klicksters in their digital health innovation lab, creative brainstorms, onsite gym, team sports games, and philanthropic activities.

We hear a kind voice (later revealed as belonging to the Chief Creative Officer) rallying around being different with things that feel right and good and unlike the status quo: Klick hallmarks like putting people first, remembering your hacker roots, owning outcomes over optics, creating with your friends, and solving problems with your community.

And through a juxtaposed mix of black-and-white slow-motion visuals, splashes of blue and magenta tinting, edgy fast cuts and sound effects, and an emotive musical score, we get a sense of the underlying energy and spirit that’s uniquely Klick. It’s different. And as the voiceover concludes “Yes, we like being unlike any other agency in the world. And we like making everyone else wish they were here.”
