The Problem
Klick Health is growing like crazy. Like 30-40% YOY for the last two decades crazy. And as the race for top talent continues to heat up, employee engagement and retention is a priority at Klick. Especially considering Deloitte’s 2019 Global Human Capital Trends identified the need to improve employee experience as a top workplace challenge.
The Idea
The company wanted to do something different to thank each and every Klickster for their hard work. So in December 2018, they created a corporate annual report with a twist. They called it “A Year of Klick” and it was so well received by their team members, they did it again in 2019.
Using their proprietary award-winning Genome operating system, Klick looked for new ways to celebrate their people’s and their teams’ accomplishments in new book. Thanks to the trove of work data and stories in Genome, they personalized almost 1,000 individual books for 1,000 amazing people and rewrote the book on employee engagement. Literally.
The Results
There was an audible gasp from Klicksters when the 130-page book was unveiled at their annual Town Hall. Not only does the book serve as a tangible, memorable keepsake of their accomplishments, but each and every Klickster’s name is imprinted on their copy (available in hardcopy or electronic format). Employee engagement has never been stronger at Klick: 11 Best Workplace awards in 2019. A new record.
