Our goal was to create a way to generate awareness and entice their target demographic to RSVP to the event. Since our target audience may not be actively in the buying process, utilizing a venue that would reach BMW enthusiasts while staying cost-effective for our client was critical for our campaign’s success. We chose to increase subscriber engagement and awareness through the channel of email marketing. The goal of our strategy was to promote and garner reservations for our dealership’s upcoming release party. To do so, we targeted specific BMW enthusiasts within our client’s CRM system and enticed them with animated gifs to draw their attention. The addition of movement in an asset that is traditionally static not only helped create instant attention, but brought a sense of prestige and class to our client through the lens of the ad’s viewers. After the deployment of our email marketing campaign, we saw amazing results that could be directly attributed to our eblast invitation. Using an animated GIF added an element of delight to the campaign. This enabled us to surprise the reader, trigger their interest, and get them to click through to the RSVP page. Our efforts succeed in generating 308 RSVPs directly attributed to our creative initiatives.
