Chairman's Club

The Chairman’s Club was established to recognize those who have significantly contributed to the company’s sales success and who took exemplary steps to create trusted relationships with ADTRAN customers and partners. The program was launched at the ADTRAN Global Sales Meeting where members of the sales team were recognized for outstanding performance, going above and beyond the call of duty, and exemplifying overall excellence. We wanted the sales team to celebrate these achievements and be inspired for the year to come. This resulted in the creation of marks of distinction and a vibrant and bright creative treatment. The program was well received. Members of the sales team noted a feeling of increased motivation to achieve even more in the year ahead.
