Biz2Credit set out with the re-brand initiative to make a holistic and representative shift from where the company started, as a supply-side technology and business-to-business lending marketplace, to where it is headed now. Biz2Credit has evolved and become a people-first problem solver for small businesses. Strategic objectives of the re-brand included: increase awareness to small business owners, build credibility through brand appeal and user interface upgrades, and drive conversions through efficient user experience. To meet those objectives, our deliverables included a new brand - complete with new logo, wordmark, voice, tone and audience - as well as technical updates to Biz2Credit's web properties and communications. In thirteen years of service to small business, Biz2Credit has lent over $3bn to SMBs. Our target audiences are, in large part, women, minority and immigrant small or midsize business enterprises. This audience is especially near to our vision of success, one in which small businesses are empowered to meet their fullest potential, because we are also a minority and immigrant owned business. The ultimate goal of this brand work is to accomplish all of the above with the affect of better engaging and serving our target audiences as a subset of entrepreneurs who are advancing the American dream.
