When we began our work with K2P, their website wasn’t helping customers get what they needed. Content was scattered, navigation was unintuitive, and the overall experience of shopping on the site was more difficult than it needed to be. Beyond the issues with the site’s functionality, K2P also needed a website that could support their upcoming transition towards a B2B-focused business model. To better orient our work on K2P’s website, we began by developing data-backed user journeys, giving the K2P team a better sense of how users were moving throughout the site. We then reorganized the site’s IA, creating easily-discoverable groups of pages relevant to a particular audience. Once the structure was set, we tied the site together with a clean, high-contrast UI based around K2P’s existing branding. The result? A future-proof site that educates potential customers about the K2P brand while allowing them to find what they need with ease. The new site can be found at https://k2p.com/
