This campaign is for a limited geographic area inside a City—where reclaimed water is available. When we launched this, we had fewer than 400 likes on FB and had 1200 homes eligible for the service, but who didn't sign up. We did lots of FB and TW using the grandson of the utility director and a three dimensional creation of our mascot... We also sent a postcard campaign as well as the video and publicity. We ended up with more than 1700 likes and an additional 435 hook ups.
