This video takes the viewer—a potential job applicant—through the interview process and first day on the job at the company Frontdoor. The first-person point of view shows the audience what the office space looks like, simulates human interactions directly with the viewer, and even brings you along for a competitive ping pong tournament. With the help of Grizz from the Memphis Grizzlies, Frontdoor shows off their four “House Rules” to give applicants insight into the company culture. From pedal bike desks, trust falls, and corn hole on the porch, this fun video reflects the vibrant culture of Frontdoor.
