With the help of Grizz from the Memphis Grizzlies, Frontdoor shows off their four “House Rules” to give applicants insight into the company culture. From pedal bike desks, trust falls, and corn hole on the porch, this fun video reflects the vibrant culture of Frontdoor.
This video was produced by Recruit Rooster, a recruitment marketing agency focused on employer branding and bold career site experiences. Our creative team collaborated with members of Frontdoor to create this unique, first-person perspective of a day in the life of an employee, all while maintaining the company brand and only using real employees. This video now lives on Frontdoor’s career site.
