During a time of global uncertainty, we launched our Employee Spotlight campaign, which aims to showcase the unique backgrounds, abilities and talents of our team members. Employees from all of our markets, including critical infrastructure, defense, and intelligence, self-recorded their videos from home in an effort to flatten the curve and promote working remotely. The goal of the campaign was to highlight organically through all of our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) how our employees contribute to the success of Parsons in helping us deliver a better world.
Throughout the duration of this campaign we saw a substantial increase in both website visits as well as new social media followers which has resulted in increased brand awareness.
