CT.LAB provides a digital experience design for IKEA BESTÅ series. In this project, we include unique scenes in digital experience design to show features of BESTÅ.

CT.LAB analyses special groups of people (living single, living together and living with children) then designs unique scenes for them to show BESTÅ series is various in styles and it provides free combinations for a wide range of customers. To highlight BESTÅ's feature of free combination, the area invites customers to combine their dream TV storage on touch screen and the combination outcome is projected on a real TV storage at a ratio of one to one.

In response to IKEA's concept of life, CT.LAB's design improves customers' sense of experience in retail store, by engaging people to imagine their dream product and visualising their imagination.
