100 Days of Action for Racial Justice is a grassroots campaign developed to fight and shed light on the stark disparities in education, health, and employment for Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities.
Our nation is at the crossroads fighting for racial justice and the 2020 election sparked the passion behind this project. We wanted to create a space that would house resources for those fighting to make a change. Through curated online events, webinars, and honest conversations on social media we aimed to mobilize minority voters, advocate to close the digital divide, and inspire companies to take a hard look at their D&I practices.
The Kapor Center Instagram and Twitter was instrumental in getting event information and reminders to the community while the website became the vessel to ensure all these resources remain evergreen. While the campaign name says 100 days, it has surely surpassed that and continues to support our underserved communities.
