They reached out to Ceros to help them create an interactive experience that showcases insights from global executives about how they are changing the way they lead and how the COVID crisis has humanized leadership. The experience follows conversations leaders had as the emergency unfolded, and how they ultimately moved from managing in the crisis to today’s new “Business Unusual,” and how they invented new ways to operate and lead while waiting for a vaccine. More than ever, we believe a leader cannot be successful during this time without utilizing both the “being” and “doing” aspects of their role.
