Pureblink partnered with Firmland and L.A Inc. to create a 2 minute video spot for Perch Condos. The main concept was to present a sophisticated video journey featuring the symbiotic relationship between serene elegance and ravine-side living. The viewers are constantly reminded of the surroundings by highlighting the exterior quality of the views, seeing nature as a protagonist in the video through the subtle use of shadows and/or reflections.
We featured the dazzling Architecture and luxury suits through a soft cinematic camera movement and time-lapse sequences. The interior design and décor was carefully selected in order to work alongside the astonishing green vistas.
The video aimed to build brand awareness, intrigue & excitement, while making a positive statement about the project’s sophisticated Architecture, stunning outdoor ravine and elegant interiors
Online advertising contributed to the cross-platform recognition and strong brand awareness in the marketplace through a mixture of paid and organic social content via Social Media, Eblasts and Website.
