Keeping comfort, playfulness, and laughter top-of-mind, we rolled out a series of three (3) social videos in an effort to tie “love” into the Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US brand, around Valentine’s Day.
We developed characters and storylines to bring a unique position to finding your perfect heating and cooling system. Is it another dating site commercial? Oh wait… it’s not. It's a story about the love affair between a homeowner and the outstanding service from a Mitsubishi Electric/Trane contractor. “Picky Nicky” is the customer who doesn’t settle for anything or anyone; and “Clark” is the accommodating electric contractor who swoops in to fulfill her heating/cooling needs. Throughout this cheeky little series, we follow their relationship from the time they first met through the homeowner’s satisfaction.
