Maskey is a designer and producer of reusable fashionable face masks that formed at the very beginning of the Pandemic. We were the first brand and company in the UK to introduce dedicated face mask vending machines. Our machines are now in many famous high street shops across the country including Hamleys and The Science Museum. In addition to this, we also have five of our own branded shops in iconic London locations such as Carnaby Street, China Town and Neal Street. We are also the official facemask producer for bands and artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Motorhead and Suede. But why Maskey... In Maskey’s infancy, PPE face masks were almost impossible for the NHS to get hold of. We wanted to give the everyday user an alternative option to these masks so they would become more easily available for our front line staff. We also wanted to stop as many one-time use masks going to landfill sites and ending up in our oceans. Not only that, it was important for us to give jobs to local people who were struggling due to the pandemic - these masks would have been so much cheaper to produce abroad but we stuck to our guns and we still to this day use our very first local factory. Brand loyalty is not a given. People are savvy shoppers, who expect quality from every purchase and are happy to explore their options. Securing their business will take not only quality but also proof. We will let the numbers speak for themselves. In a little short of 12 months, we have sold just under 1 million facemasks via our shop, vending machines, website, stockists and Amazon.
