When your impact is big, but your coffers are empty, having a website that properly conveys what you do can seem like wishful thinking. For Heineman-Robicsek Medical Outreach (Heineman), an organization that provides medical assistance to drastically underserved global populations, that was the challenge they faced when they came to Satori. Starting with the content, we combed through pages and pages of copy to organize and determine what needed to stay, what could be consolidated and what should be reworked. Next, we strategized the content structure and how to provide the best user experience. Through seamless cross-team collaboration, our SEO-friendly design and optimized copy teams worked in tandem to really make Heineman shine. Thanks to our intentional, informed approach, which included plenty of background research mixed with authentic conversations with the client, the volunteers and the communities they serve, our team was prepared to present the Heineman brand at its most captivating – along with the true story of everything they do to save lives. We drew from these insights to categorize and promote key content. We also leveraged the details to create Heineman’s visual identity, giving them a modern look that matched their updated content structure. Through our efforts on the Heineman site, we’re helping this deserving mission get the attention and support they deserve, too. Since their relaunch—just eight short months ago, the Heineman website has: Attracted 6K+ USERS, with over 50% coming from ORGANIC searches – a direct result of their newly SEO-enriched content. They’ve also garnered over 22k page views with a 1,757% INCREASE in session time overall. An incredible 89% of their users are NEW VISITORS, meaning that more potential volunteers, donors and supporters are meeting Heineman every day. The traffic to the site has sustained and grown in the months following the launch, and we’re confident that as Heineman is able to return to the impactful work they do, they’ll do so with a major increase in volunteers, donations and resources by their side.
