With many fewer cars on the road during COVID, AAA Northeast's Motor Club Insurance Company has provided policyholders with two premium refunds in 2020. Viewpoint was challenged to develop and execute a concept for TV and online and, deliver a spot in just three weeks. The concept needed to be relatable, not overly serious, and could not make light of the situation. Not to mention, live-action production needed to follow strict COVID production protocols, hence only two talents, very much socially distanced.
